I changed Armorer's governing attribute from Endurance to Strength like it was in Morrowind, because I wanted a way to help improve my Strength at level up without requirring hitting enemies a thousand times every level. The amount of items you had to sell with Mercantile was pretty ridiculous tbh. Restoration and Mercantile leveled up extremely slowly, so I increased their XP rate to 3x normal. That way both skills are still highly controllable without having to grind out those skills as much. If you take fall damage while jumping you gain a much larger XP bonus then normal and you gain alot more XP when you are swimming then before. So for Acrobatics and Athletics, you gain XP at the same rate while jumping or running as you normally would, but if you intentionally want to level up those skills you can just use the secondary XP components to level up more quickly. I use efficient leveling, so I wanted a way to make it easier to grind some skills. I like the vanilla leveling system for the most part, I just changed a few settings using the Construction Set to make certain aspects less tedious.Ĭonjuration Hit Target -> 6.0000 -> 5.0000 ![]() Well my changes don't change things very much and doesn't really compare to the mods that were calcuated out mathematically. Take a look en ini file for both to learn what settings that is possible to configure. A levelling mod will only change how skills and attributes will be calculated and what should be part of increasing your XP.ĭown load both version and look at both documentation. If you use any Overhaul you will probably have more enemies and more often then in vanilla also have higher level enemies. This mod make it also possible to sell loot without going to merchant.Īll in all this comination change how fast i now gain XP. Take away weight as a limitation for inventory. With this mod I added a training mod (unlimited training until levelup) and a mod which Oblivion XP update make use of a XP system where you get points to distribute among attributes and for skills. In MOO you can set how much higher or lower level this kind of encounter should have. ![]() ![]() MOO increases random enemies you fight and also which level which have an impact on xp gain. I use Oblivion XP Update with Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul. That way you can go back to vanilla levelling, if you don't like what those other mods do. Create a clean save before you install and activate any levelling mod.
